NEW GIAC Y2K MKIV 1.8T Golf / Jetta Tested!
We dynoed the new 1.8T Mk4 with the only chip that exists, GIAC! Stock, the mighty 1.8T Jetta pulled a might 136 HP to the wheels or 136/0.875 = 155 HP and 151/0.875 = 173 ft-lbs of torque (using 12.5% correction). 30 minutes later, the GIAC equipped Jetta's hard working 1.8T spun the rollers to the tune of 169/0.875 = 193 HP and an amazing 242 ft-lbs or corrected HP and Torque!!!! The owners comment after the test drive was, "WHAT A BLAST!"
